WARRIORS OF THE MOUNTAIN
In the young years of the Mountain, there were three Mountain living clans; Lynxclan, Cougarclan, and Leopardclan. Lynxclan, the cunning and ferocious. Cougarclan, with endurance and power. Leopardclan, the skilled and adaptive. The clans had lived peacefully until a great disaster almost destroyed everything. It started innocently, with the Medicine Cat's dreaming of only white, with a dull rumbling. Like a thunderstorm. However, too late, they realized what would befall them. Soon, on a cold, crisp night, the rumbling started. All the cats in everyclan could hear it, and they wandered out of their dens to investigate. However, hardly any of the cats had step paw out of their homes before the white over took them. It was an avalanche, and Boulderclan was the first to be destroyed.
Soon fell Lynxclan and Cougarclan. After the avalanche had settled, most of the clans were gone. Only small, lucky, packets of warriors were scattered around the Mountainside, sheltered from the SnowThunder by rocky outcrops.
Moons passed, and the clans regrew. Only Boulderclan - the descentdants of the mighty Cougarclan, remained on the Mountain. Snowclan - descendants of the swift Lynxclan, made their home on the long stretch of open tundra left by the avalanches wake. They live in the shadow of the mountain, as if to remind them of the mistakes, and triumphs of their anscestors. Iceclan - formerly Leopardclan, chose as well to reside at the foot of the Mountain, however, they are located on an island on the middle of the frozen lake, and they enjoy the shelter of the nearby forest. All the Medicine Cats still meet in the anscestors Gathering Cave, and they have vowed to not make the same mistakes that almost cost the Three Great Clans their lives.
However, soon a new prophecy will be revealed, and not even the Medicine Cats can do anything. Three able warriors, one from each clan must rise; to put their differences behind them, work together, and defeat this foe, before the new winter.
